Grumpy Cloud products are only available for shipping within Canada.
All of our products are hand made. In stock items are shipped within 3-10 business days.
Most items are are made to order and fabrication time can vary depending on the order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification stating it is being shipped, with the tracking number, if applicable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout using Canada Post’s shipping rates. The costs are calculated live by Canada Post during checkout. To help reduce shipping costs, we also offer Flat Rate shipping on most products across Canada.
NOTE: If you choose Letter Mail (offered at checkout depending on the products ordered), please understand that the order ships at your risk. We are not responsible for loss, delays, or damages caused by Canada Post.
Local Pickup
We are happy to offer local pickup by appointment for our customs living in, or coming to, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Checking Order Status
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information you received to become available online.
