Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis. All refund and return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the order. If 10 days have passed, no refund or exchange will be offered.
Only damaged or defective products or incorrect orders are eligible for exchange, return, or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom designs and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
Please do not send your purchase back until we have agreed to refund or exchange your order.
Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account, credit card, or Paypal.
You still have not received your refund after 5 business days have passed, please contact us.
Only defective or damaged products can be exchanged. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photos of the defective/damaged product and packaging, clearly showing the defect or damage. If it is determined the product will be replaced, it will be replaced with the same item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.
